What is TotsRock?
TotsRock is a fantastic toddler group that began in September 2007 and is aimed at 1 and 2 year olds and their carers.
It is an hour-long session starting with half an hour of musical activities followed by another half hour of free play. Around 30 children attend each week.
Due to fantastic numbers attending, we have expanded to two sessions per week from September 2010. These will be on a Tuesday and Friday each week during term time starting at 10.30am.
A different theme is followed each half term using a wide variety of child-friendly percussion instruments and other resources.

Who runs TotsRock?
Louise Gudger and Nicci Lane are two mums with small children and are members of Kidderminster Baptist Church. They thought it would be a great idea to provide a service to the local community by setting up a toddler group for 1 and 2 year olds and their parents and carers.
In September 2007 the group began with 14 children. By July 2010 this had grown to 40 regular children, 20 others on the list, and a further 20 on a waiting list! In 2010 the decision was made to provide two sessions per week and limited each session's numbers to 40.
Both Louise and Nicci have musical backgrounds which gave them the idea to run a structured session based around music for a challenging age-group who need lots of stimulation and activities to keep them occupied!
