Facilities

The Back Hall is suitable for organisations and parties that need large floor space. The room seats around 100 people and includes 2 smaller breakout rooms off the hall which can set 8-12 people but we don’t allow food in these smaller rooms.

We can also provide a projector screen and sound system in each room (not parties) and this is included within the hire rate. 

Large and smaller tables are available for those groups wanting to use these as part of their activities. 

Hall size - Length 12m by width 10m by height 3m (check for bouncy castle height).

Breakout room size is approx. 3m by 4.70m each.

We do not hire out our kitchen for cooking but it is available for food preparation, hot drinks and washing up at the sink.

Hire Charges

Standard hire charge: £25 for the first hour and £20 per hour thereafter. (Minimum hire period 2 hours).

Children’s parties only: the large hall can be hired for £20 for the first hour and £15 per hour thereafter (Minimum hire period 2 hours).

(Please note that your set up and clean up times has to be included in the number of hours for which you reserve the hall. Please bear that in mind. Also be aware we do not permit alcohol on the premises).

A £20 non refundable deposit will be required with an successful booking.

Data Protection Policy  - any personal information we collect from you will not be shared with third parties. We will only hold your personal information until it is no longer required for our purposes.
